Pharmacy Technician
Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital | Pharmacy | Bank | Adhoc |
Up to £16 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Nuffield Health Brentwood hospital has a vacancy for an experienced pharmacy technician to join our pharmacy team on the bank.

As a Pharmacy Technician at our Brentwood Hospital, you’ll be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you’ll have proven post-qualification experience. It’s also important that you have excellent communication and people skills, as you’ll be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff.

As a Pharmacy Technician you will:

  1. Monitor stock levels within the Pharmacy department to maintain appropriate stock levels
  2. Assist with the procurement of pharmaceutical stock for the pharmacy and other departments using appropriate electronic systems
  3. Monitor stock levels in designated ward/department areas by carrying out stock top ups
  4. Assist with supplying stock to other departments
  5. Participate in pharmacy and departmental stock takes
  6. Provide general administrative support to the department
  7. This role is for BANK cover which will include regular Saturday working
