Badham Pharmacy are looking to recruit enthusiastic and energetic pharmacist managers to join our teams across Gloucestershire. We are looking for part time and full time candidates to fill these roles.

Our branches have never been busier and this is an exciting opportunity for pharmacists to join an award winning, innovative and expanding family run business with branches across Gloucestershire & Bristol.

Due to colleague retirement, we are seeking a commercially focused pharmacist with excellent clinical skills who can communicate effectively with customers, staff, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. You will lead by example with excellent customer service skills to provide the very best healthcare services to the communities in and around Gloucestershire.

This vacancy is in the Gloucester suburb of Churchdown in our Morley Avenue branches and can be either 3 days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or full time 5 days a week with some Saturday working on a rota basis. The branch is open Monday to Friday 0900-1800 and Saturday 0900-1300 currently operating around the 8000 scripts per month and offers a full range of additional services.

We require you to:

  • Undertake the role of responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy
  • Manage the safe and effective delivery of all pharmaceutical services at branch level including blood pressure, contraceptive services, flu jabs and all Pharmacy First services
  • Maintain and improve peoples' health by promoting Healthy Living Pharmacy services
  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of the pharmacy, leading by example
  • Ensure the pharmacy engages with all commissioned services and complies with the quality framework
  • Develop the pharmacy business through relevant initiatives,
  • Strong leadership of a team of technicians, dispensers and counter assistants
