• Implement effective teaching and behaviour strategies to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to support progress and well-being.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, focusing on behaviour support strategies to enhance teaching practice.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards, maintaining a safe learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant subject area
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 curriculum and assessment requirements
