**Job Summary**. We’re looking for a Systems Operator to join our team. You must be comfortable using a computer and be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin). The role involves maintaining our warehouse-robotics system primarily via software tools, so specific educational qualifications are not required. The position offers company‑provided accommodation and a one‑month probation period with full pay.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain our warehouse-robotics system to ensure smooth operations.
2. Liaise with engineers and technicians to escalate issues and implement fixes.

**Working Pattern**

7‑hour shifts, rotating weekly:

• Early shift 08:00 – 14:30
• Late shift 13:30 – 20:00

Work on average 6 days per week; weekend hours are paid at 1.5× the base rate.

**Qualifications**

• Chinese (Mandarin) – Advanced
• Computer literacy
