We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic nurse who is able to meet the requirements of the post: CTAC & Vaccination Staff Nurse, detailed in the job description.
The post holder will work within the community treatment and care team & vaccination team in Helensburgh.
They will be expected to, deliver nursing care in accordance with the new GP contract terms.
The post holder will be part of the extended Primary Care team and will work collaboratively with GP Practices, Community Nursing teams and other AHPs to deliver excellent quality, person centred care.
This role requires excellent time management skills, adaptability and a desire to provide holistic care for a wide variety of patients. Experience in wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, cervical cytology, vaccinations and diagnostics such as ECG/ABPM would be desirable but training will be given to the appropriate candidate.
In applying for this role you will be a nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
You will have skills and experience to work within a community setting, to deliver high quality standards of care and be able to work as part of a multi-professional team.
You must have flexibility, excellent communication skills, be adaptable to change and evidence continuing personal development
