You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most talented academics, students, and professional staff as we modernize and enhance our IT support services. As a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with staff across multiple departments, offering expert advice and innovative solutions to IT-related issues, supporting responsive digital services that underpin research, teaching, and administration.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting research-specific IT systems, and advocating for IT and Information Security best practices. We are looking for a proactive problem solver with excellent customer service skills and experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Apple MacOS, and mobile devices.
