We are looking for a collaborative, factual and independent learner individual as a Development Engineer for our company. Responsible for the development and validation of products, systems and components. Analyzing and directing recommendations for problem resolution to the expectation of the client. Work to improve the performance and efficiency of existing products. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of large projects working under the instruction of the Senior Development Engineer or entire projects of moderate complexity. Works under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and on completion. Plans projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented.
Development Engineers are responsible for on-time delivery of New Product Development (NPD) projects including completion of detail design, product qualification to scope as well as concept development and all assigned NPD deliverables.
The role is hybrid working, three days in the office. Therefore, candidates must live a commutable distance from Milton Keynes.
