Job Description:

Role: Business Control Specialist (Risk)

Location: Chester (3 days onsite)

Duration: 6 Months

Experience and Skills Required:

• Good understanding of compliance risks and assessments, with knowledge of network technology risks
• Experience with Network Service Assurance and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain relationships within the team and with key stakeholders
• Support internal compliance audits, including lifecycle management of network technology audits

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of risk management, including issue and audit management, escalation, and reporting
• Manage, measure, and report on critical Network Services processes, procedures, controls, and metrics within Service Assurance
• Advise Network teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards, policies, and applicable laws
• Assist with evidence collection, report findings, and validate issue remediation
