Are you keen to provide tax audit support on a wide variety of large and high-profile audits? Do you enjoy assisting with the tax accounting aspects of GAAP conversions, carve out accounting and acquisition accounting?

Our client, a fast-growing Top 10 firm based in Nottingham, work with clients including FTSE and AIM listed companies, large inbounds and private equity backed businesses. You will be responsible for a number of tax audits, a number of project based engagements using your tax accounting knowledge in different contexts to deliver the best to clients. You will work directly with one of the firm’s equity partners, offering an exciting and quality career path for an ambitious individual.

As the successful candidate you will:

Have experience of tax accounting and tax auditing under FRS102 and IFRS; US GAAP would be useful.Be experienced in both corporate tax compliance and advisory experience.Demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines, lead assignments and manage a team.Be CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent
