Your Mission: What You'll Do

• Create Trend-Driven Collections: Dive into creating cutting-edge, trend-led ranges that resonate with our clients and captivate the market, collaborating closely with our talented graphics and print team.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Bring your commercial awareness to the table. You’ll monitor evolving trends and seamlessly integrate them to enhance our brand while meeting tight production timelines.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with various departments, ensuring that every piece reflects our quality standards and aligns with the brand’s vision.
• Engage with the Market: Forge strong relationships with customers and suppliers as you pitch innovative range ideas during sales meetings, contributing directly to our growth and success.
• Champion New Opportunities: Leverage your insights to explore new product development avenues that add value to our clients and strengthen our market position.
• Share Your Expertise: Use your manufacturing knowledge to guide processes, ensuring our designs are not only beautiful but also feasible.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3 years in knitwear design, preferably within a fashion retail environment. (Less experienced candidates for assistant designer roles may be considered!)
• Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials, paired with the ability to produce detailed technical sheets.
• Drive & Passion: A target-oriented mindset with a burning passion for fashion that pushes you to innovate and grow.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in CAD and Adobe Illustrator, backed by a digital-first approach to design.
• Communication Superpowers: Exceptional time management, presentation, and communication skills that help you shine in collaborative settings.
