Purpose of the Role

We currently have a permanent full time and part time Administration Assistant role to work in our support services function based in Lewes. The role is varied and involves supporting the Admin Supervisor with data entry of work orders from technicians and inputting sales invoices. The hours for the part time role are flexible to suit the worker.

Main Responsibilities

As Accounts Administrator Assistant you will report into the Admin Supervisor, working in a varied role where you will be using our computer systems to place orders on behalf of others, inputting sales invoices, collating data for reporting purposes and completing job cards. The role also involves assisting with payroll data entry and ensuring the weekly deadline is met. Full training will be provided in this role.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked within a varied administrative environment and be conversant with Word and Excel. You must be confident, driven, and flexible in your approach to this role. As part of this team, you will be expected to work under your own initiative and prioritise your own workload.
