Commercial Real Estate Lawyer
Cornwall

Our client, an award-winning South West practice, is looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their dynamic and thriving Commercial Real Estate team in their Truro office. This role involves advising a variety of businesses in sectors such as leisure and tourism, retail, food and drink, healthcare, and professional services.

As the successful commercial property solicitor, you will be working on a broad range of commercial property matters, including managing your own portfolio of cases. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling landlord and tenant issues (leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments)
  • Managing transactions for the sale and purchase of owner-occupied properties, secured lending, and other financial transactions, including sale and leaseback deals
  • Overseeing the sale and purchase of investment properties

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE in commercial real estate or a related field. You will demonstrate a passion for your field, be commercially aware, and possess exceptional communication skills.
