Job overview

Calling all High Intensity CBT and EMDR Therapists!

We are looking for suitably qualified people who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a high level of skills and experience to deliver treatment for patients who have historically had limited access to psychological therapy. We are recruiting across the Dorset locality, including Poole, Bournemouth, North Dorset (Sherborne, Shaftesbury, Blandford), Weymouth & Portland, Mid Dorset (Bridport & Dorchester), and The Purbecks (Wareham & Swanage). Several roles are available, and the flexibility to work part-time and across areas is available.

The Flourish concept is a shining example of a new, innovative service that complements the complex trauma pathway across Dorset. Flourish is a C-PTSD/Trauma pathway for patients who require more complex psychological interventions than previously available.

Patients on the Flourish Pilot reported that their treatment has changed their lives and, in some instances, saved their lives. 100% of patients in the pilot agreed they could manage their emotions and look forward to a more positive future. We welcome you to join this exciting initiative to help empower people to transform their lives.

We welcome informal enquiries, and visits are also welcomed. please contact Denise Mein[email protected]
