On site, 5 days per week - Davidstow, Cornwall

Our client is embarking on a journey of change and entering a restructuring period. They seek an experienced HR/ER consultant to guide them through a sensitive transition period. This role demands a unique blend of Employee Relations expertise and empathy

A Day in the Life: What to Expect

• You will be based in Davidstow, Cornwall, working on-site 4-5 days per week (Initially a 4 months contract)
• Lead crucial consultations (60+), applying your deep understanding of current legislation
• Partner closely with line managers, becoming an integral part of the team
• Utilise pre-existing templates and processes, adding your personal touch to ensure smooth execution
• Navigate the emotional landscape of organisational change

• You've been in the trenches, conducting high-volume consultations first-hand
• Must be hands-on with letter writing and managing own admin tasks
• Your EQ is your superpower, allowing you to represent the company with grace and empathy
