We are seeking a proactive and organised intern to join our International Marketing Operations team. In this hands-on role, you will help optimise marketing workflows by leveraging automation tools such as Monday.com and AI-driven solutions. This work placement is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing operations, automation, and AI, while contributing to the efficiency of cross-functional teams. You’ll also have the chance to share the latest AI insights, ensuring our team stays ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving marketing landscape.

What you will do…

Marketing Effectiveness & Data Management:

Support the tracking of marketing campaign performance, gathering and interpreting data, via AI powered technologies to help optimise future campaigns.

Assist with creating reports and data visualisations to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Help maintain and ensure the accuracy of marketing databases, ensuring smooth access to critical performance data.

Automation & Workflow optimisation:

Assist in automating repetitive marketing tasks to help teams become more efficient.

Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can streamline workflows, boosting productivity and performance.

Help monitor and analyse marketing campaigns and trends, providing suggestions for improvements based on AI-driven insights.

Troubleshooting & Issue Management:

Aggregate and analyse error logs, identifying recurring problems and providing reports on impact and solutions.

Use AI-powered tools to troubleshoot and solve issues across multiple marketing teams and ensure production runs smoothly.

Asset Management & Process Support:

Support the transition to a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring the proper organisation and accessibility of marketing assets.

Assist with the organisation and cleanup of internal storage systems (e.g., Google Drive), ensuring that important content and materials are easy to access.
