Plumbing and Electrical Technician | London | Full Time | £30,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications

Our client is a real estate management company based in London. Since 1986, they have been building, operating, and letting residential, commercial, and industrial properties across London and the Midlands.

They are looking for a skilled Plumbing and Electrical Technician to join the team. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing plumbing installations and repairs.
2. Conducting electrical installations and maintenance.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
4. Responding to emergency repair requests.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a plumbing and electrical technician.
2. Relevant certifications and licenses.
3. Strong problem-solving skills.
