Job Title: Production Operative

Location: Paignton

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6am-6pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to work at Sierra, Paignton (part of the Epwin Group).

In this role, you will be required to manufacture PVC frames through the production line to provide high quality products to internal and external customers.

Role And Responsibilities

• Work in a small team across all sections on the production floor including machine shop, welding, fitting, and glazing.
• Use air-powered tools to secure hardware to the frame.
• Operate self-standing window fabrication machinery.
• Rotate through different sections to develop multi-skilling and cover for staff absences.
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the build process.
• Lift up to 25kg independently; for heavier items, additional personnel will assist, in line with Health & Safety standards.
• Follow organizational policies, management systems, and operational procedures, including legal responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel to promote a respectful and dignified workplace culture.
• Represent the organization positively to uphold its corporate image.
• Promote and embody the Epwin Core Values.
