Role Overview
As a Senior UK Binder Broker, your primary responsibilities will include leveraging existing broker networks to expand business opportunities, developing new client relationships, and ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction. You will stay informed about market trends to identify new business prospects and manage Binding Authority Agreements effectively.
You will be responsible for negotiating and managing binding authority agreements, ensuring compliance with Lloyd’s of London standards and regulatory frameworks, and assessing the performance and profitability of binding authority contracts.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Binder Broker handling UK Property and Casualty Wholesale risks, with a strong network within the UK insurance brokermunity. You should possess a deep understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and other professionals. Experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members is a plus.
