The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager, and will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent, and developing and driving our recruitment and onboarding processes.
This role will focus on the end to end recruitment process, identifying and attracting key talent, sourcing applicants through appropriate online platforms and professional networks, working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive resourcing solutions and candidate pipelines, arranging interviews and managing selection procedures, onboarding and successfully integrating new joiners into the business, assisting with our early careers programmes, and helping to enhance our employer brand and candidate experience. You will also provide support to the wider HR team when needed. This firm has amazing offices and a great culture, with a number of highly attractive features which makes recruiting a lot easier.
