Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor / Trainee Teacher

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team from after the summer holidays at a lovely secondary school in Swindon with good behaviour. As a Cover Supervisor or Trainee Teacher, you will supervise classes, support teachers, and ensure students are engaged and safe, fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of A levels
2. Previous secondary school experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
3. Strong communication and classroom management skills

Salary and Working Hours:

Pay ranges from £100/day for trainees to £120/day for experienced supervisors. The standard working day is 08:30-15:30. Full and part-time positions available starting September 2025.
