Position: Impact and Sustainability Reporting Associate [Full-time]

Location: London, United Kingdom [Hybrid working]

Reports to: Head of Commercial

Salary Range: £35-45,000 pa

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Impact and Sustainability Reporting Associate to support the design and delivery of impactful engagements. This role is pivotal in helping clients articulate how their core business and initiatives (e.g., CSR) create meaningful short- and long-term change. While also contributing to sustainability (ESG) reporting, the primary focus of this role will be on impact engagements that emphasize high rigor and robust evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement Design: Lead the development of targeted impact and sustainability reporting engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and data analysis to inform engagement design and deliver evidence-based reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to gather insights and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Impact Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive, high-rigor impact reports, emphasizing the positive change driven by clients’ core operations and CSR initiatives.
  • ESG Reporting: Support the preparation of compliance-oriented ESG reports aligned with global and regional standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in sustainability, social sciences, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, impact reporting, or consulting roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with reporting frameworks (e.g., IRIS+, GRI, TCFD, or similar).
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Passionate about sustainability and driving meaningful impact.

Preferred Qualifications
