Position Overview

The Mix Support Operative supports the Mix Manager with key administrative and compliance tasks to ensure smooth production operations. This includes managing SAP data entry, generating daily mix reports, and acting as the liaison between field experts, staging, and management teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Complete daily OEE and SAP data entry

Produce daily volume mix reports by 9:00am

Investigate and resolve material variances

Liaise with payroll on holiday and pay issues

Support field experts and staging operatives

Act as communication link in Mix Manager's absence

Provide SAP training and troubleshoot user issues

5+ years in a manufacturing environment with SAP

Proficient in SAP, especially in stores/inventory functions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent team collaboration skills

Experience with compliance documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-paced manufacturing settings
