Part-Time Facilities Operative

Location: Tamworth

Hours: 20 hours per week (Tuesday to Saturday, 4 hours per day)

Salary: £13,926 per annum

Are you an experienced Facilities Operative or similar professional looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity? We are a successful and growing manufacturing company based in Tamworth, and we're looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our team.

In this key role, you will help maintain the site to the highest standards, promote a positive working culture, and support our commitment to health and safety across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the site and all facilities to an exceptional standard
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify areas for focus and improvement
  • Report any damage, defects, or maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Conduct minor DIY repairs (no specialist knowledge required)
  • Keep the building and exterior areas clear, clean, and safe
  • Work closely with the operations team to support site needs
  • Contribute to health and safety awareness and compliance across the site
  • Promote a high-standard and positive culture throughout the workplace
About You:
