Job Description

Position: Barista

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We’re looking for energetic individuals to join our barista team, covering full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Whether you're seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include a free bus service on routes 21 and 460.

Ideal candidates will have great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can craft the perfect flat white, we want to meet you.

As part of our catering team, you'll serve more than just coffee — you'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
  • Providing friendly, professional service
  • Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
  • Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training provided if needed)

  • Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
  • Calm, positive attitude, even during busy times
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
