In your role as anActivities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Responsibilities
  1. Plan and implement activities that delight Residents.
  2. Assist the Home Manager in organizing fundraising events.
  3. Encourage Residents to socialize and participate in activities based on their hobbies.
  4. Collaborate with the care team to promote engagement and wellbeing.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably developing activity programs.
  2. Positive energy and ability to connect with people.
  3. Strong planning, organizational, and IT skills.
  4. Considerate and kind communication style.
  5. Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and act accordingly.
  6. Willingness to attend safeguarding training and undertake related courses.
