Office Manager

Business Club is looking for an Office Manager to join our team in London.

Business Club is a vibrant and growing film production company based in London. We create innovative, original and technically stunning films for some of the world’s leading brands and creative agencies. Our motto is: Most people hate commercials. Those are the people we try and make films for.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactiveOffice Manager to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting our production teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee the daily running of the office, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.
2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and budgets.
3. Maintain records.
4. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
5. Assist with onboarding new employees and freelancers.
6. Process invoices, manage petty cash, and liaise with accountants as needed.
7. Assist with asset creation and management of the company's social media accounts.
8. Organise team events, social activities, and company meetings to foster a collaborative culture.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
2. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
3. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems independently.
4. Design experience and proficiency in Photoshop.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. An interest in the creative or production industry.
