A Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship at Anglian Water

As a Quantity Surveying Apprentice, you’ll play a crucial role in managing construction costs and contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll gain exposure to various elements of the commercial end-to-end process, including collecting cost data from actual projects, estimating planned investments, Target Cost Setting, Contract Management, Commercial Assurance & Reporting, and Compliance. You will also gain hands-on experience across teams and projects, from governance and contract management to commercial assurance and reporting.

What’s more, you'll be enrolled in a 5-year BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying degree course, providing you with the academic knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in this rewarding profession.

To be successful as an Apprentice with us, you will require:

• Evidence of at least 112 UCAS Tariff points at Level 3 (e.g., A Levels, BTEC National Diploma or equivalent)

• 5 GCSEs including Maths & English, Grade A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent qualifications such as functional skills or O levels)

• A strong commitment and willingness to learn
