Community Care Assistant

Providing care and support to clients in their own homes in Newcastle.

Two block shift patterns from 8am until 1.30pm and from 4pm until 10pm. Alternate weekends required.

Full time - 30 to 36 hrs and part time - up to 16 hrs each week.

Due to the nature of the role, and the need to provide quite intimate personal care, candidates must be female. In order to travel between clients within the required time, they must have a license and access to their own transport.

Mileage is paid at £0.45 per mile and travel time is compensated between clients. Uniform is provided.

We also pay for DBS and the DBS update service and provide a blue light discount card.

The rate of pay is £12.54 per hr and from 8pm and on weekends it is £13.00.

No experience required - we value compassionate people who are committed and have a can-do attitude.

Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle - female only due to client preference.
