About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Clinical Team. This opportunity allows you to work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism, and related emotional and learning needs.
You will implement a holistic therapeutic approach to support pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and healthy. You will undertake all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, following professional and regulatory guidelines.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver assessment and intervention plans tailored for pupils with complex needs
- Use a holistic therapeutic approach to support pupils
- Perform all Psychotherapy clinical duties
- Follow professional and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Recognised degree in Counselling or Psychotherapy, registered with a professional body (BACP or NCPC, and HCPC if applicable)
- Minimum Level 7 qualification or Level 5 with relevant experience
- Ability to write clear and concise reports on clinical activities
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those with complex needs
- Ability to work independently under supervision
- Experience in multi-professional teams within the relevant specialty
- Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role
