Team Lead Role

This role involves leading and motivating a team of project coordinators to provide end-to-end Purchase Order management to the Programme and Project community. You will drive process improvements to meet targets and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Maintain minimal aged GRNI levels throughout the year.
  • Challenge process or governance deviations, ensuring each PO has valid business justification and funding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalations related to purchase orders.
Experience & Skills
  • Leadership and influencing skills to achieve targets.
  • Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation, understanding complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of Accounting/ERP systems like IFS, SAP, Oracle.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, self-management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle escalations and difficult situations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional project management certifications such as P3O, Prince2, APM.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, planning, forecasting, and project accounting.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
