As an Air Freight Specialist in Warsaw, Poland, you'll be a key player in shaping our regional freight forwarding strategy at DP World. This role goes beyond managing day-to-day operations—you’ll drive key initiatives that elevate efficiency and performance, working hand-in-hand with regional leaders to foster growth and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Manage file creation and all services associated with freight forwarding and logistics
• Assist with account start-up. Liaison with sales to ensure required documentation/information needed for the SOP are provided.
• Monitor/audit files weekly for compliance of estimate input, profit margin setting and timely invoicing.
• Assist clients in their day-to-day requests related to export/import documentation to ensure proper execution of transportation files
• Provide clients with complete air transportation details to ensure proper flow of information
• Liaise with Ocean lines to procure the best possible solutions (capacity and cost) for transportation files
• Liaise with DPW internal Network and external Partner Agents to guarantee the best possible service assistance.
• Act quickly upon possible emergency situations that may arise within the life of an Air file
• Network with your fellow Operations colleagues to ensure proper support is given in case of workflow overload

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in logistics/supply chain or a similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry with a focus on Air Freight
• Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives, ensuring that the Countries get things right the first time through questioning, analyzing, planning, and follow-up
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze numbers and attention to detail
• Excellent command of both English and Polish
