The Role

As a key member of the Property Litigation team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a broad caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
2. Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and enforcement of covenants.
3. Delivering tailored, strategic advice to clients while ensuring the highest standard of legal service.
4. Providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers, supporting their professional growth.

Who We’re Looking For

A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least:

• 5 years’ PQE in property litigation.
• A strong background in handling complex disputes with a proven record of successful outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-value cases independently.
• A passion for mentorship and team development.
