Adult Social Care Community Business Support services in Staffordshire are looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Business Support Lead to work within Adult Social Care with responsibility for the Business Support Teams in both Lichfield and Tamworth. There will be an expectation that an equal amount of time is spent in each location. You will be part of the Management Team supporting the South East (Lichfield, Tamworth and East Staffs) working alongside colleagues covering these areas.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Administrator to work within the Community Business Support team supporting Adult Social Care within our Partnership Trust. You will need to have excellent attention to detail, be able to work within a team and/or independently, and possess strong communication skills, good IT skills, and a willingness to learn.
The post holder will be responsible for managing a group of business support staff, carrying out supervision and appraisals, and the recruitment and management of staff. You will support the Management teams in providing timely, efficient, and effective support, ensuring that services are responsive, innovative, and delivered to the highest standard possible. You should be self-motivated and able to communicate effectively with all disciplines of staff across the organisation.

Social Work Learning Academy (SWLA)
On appointment, the post holder will be auto-enrolled in the SWLA and aligned to the appropriate British Association of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework. The specific SWLA stage (e.g., Stage 1 - ASYE, Stage 2 - Social Worker, or Stage 3 - Advanced Social Worker) will be determined considering prior CPD and experience. The post holder will be responsible for their own CPD.
