About the role

As an Optometrist with us, you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists, you’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

• Using your passion for delivering patient care, you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
• Bringing your vibrant personality into the day-to-day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have

• Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
• Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
• Passion for patient care.

We have an opportunity for an Optometrist to join our Saffron Walden store, a popular tourist destination in a historic Medieval Market Town.

Here we have a friendly team of 5 with 1 testing room fitted with OCT and phoropter and running at 25-minute testing times.

Transport: Close to M11 links to London and Cambridge - Nearest Rail Links from Audley End Station is 5 miles away. Regular bus services. Parking is a 5 minutes walk £5 per day.

Store opening times: Monday to Saturday: 0900:1730, Sunday: 1000:1630.
