Store Manager Salary –

From £29,925 per annum.

We Are Looking For:

• An Assistant Manager or Store Manager with a background in retail or hospitality
• A passion for delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Team development skills and proven coaching experience to develop Baristas, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers
• Effective communication skills to lead and direct your team
• Proven experience in back-office processes such as labour management, scheduling, recruitment, stock ordering, and stock counts, with the ability to work towards budgets and achieve outstanding results
