Job overview

We are seeking a Band 6 Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse to lead and support our team in the Care of the Elderly ward. The role involves deputising for the Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, assessing patient care needs, developing and evaluating care programmes, and promoting quality nursing standards. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and have a passion for elderly care, with at least 18 months post-registration experience at Senior Band 5 or equivalent.
