Sales Negotiator

Our client, a market-leading estate agency with a strong local presence in the Market Town of Bourne, is looking for a candidate who is driven, bubbly, and engaging to join their fantastic team on a full-time, permanent basis as a Sales Negotiator. This is a superb opportunity to join the company as they continue their success to be the local leading estate agents!
Not to mention a great package being offered by my client, including 20 Days Holiday plus bank holiday weekends (some shall be worked), Business Mileage paid for, and a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) OTE of circa £35,000 - 40,000 (uncapped commission structure). About You - the Candidate:

1. A motivated, driven, and personable character.
2. A strong passion for the property industry with a willingness to excel.
3. A strong ability to address, solve, and rectify problems.
4. Previous experience within the industry is desired but not essential; some form of sales experience is required.
5. Computer literate in Outlook, Excel, etc.
6. Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.

About the Role:

1. Daily administration tasks such as the creation of new property particulars and filing.
2. Managing multiple communication methods, albeit by telephone or email, from current and new clients, solicitors, and surveyors.
3. Providing outstanding communication to vendors with updates from viewings and arranging new viewings.
4. Registering new clients and diarising new market appraisals.
5. Conducting viewings along with establishing and maintaining a rapport with vendors.
6. Handling and following up on sales progression between solicitors, vendors, buyers, estate agents, etc.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:30, with a weekend being worked on a rota basis; Saturday 09:00 - 16:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 14:00. This role is immediately available for the right candidate.
