Role: Software Developer

The Software Developer will meet customer demands by delivering quality code and user-friendly software solutions. Responsibilities include interpreting business requirements, designing appropriate solutions, and developing them with a focus on cybersecurity.

Working in a SCRUM environment, the Developer will take direction from the Senior Software Developer within the product squad, manage their own estimations and workload, and adhere to team standards and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Quantifiable experience in a similar role; experience in the logistics industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in technologies such as .NET8, EntityFramework, C#, React Native, TypeScript, Blazor, MudBlazor, Umbraco, SQL, MongoDB.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting complex ideas to various audiences.
• Ability to relate complex concepts to stakeholders.
• An understanding of the theory of constraints is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
• Full, clean driving license for the designated country and willingness to travel extensively across the country and overnight as needed.
• Valid passport for travel across Europe and the UK.
• A degree in a technology discipline or equivalent is advantageous but not critical.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and documenting them in user stories.
• Experience in identifying and documenting business processes.
• Understanding and application of Lean principles.
• Ability to lead workshops with diverse stakeholders and adapt content accordingly.
• Empathetic, team-focused, prioritizing welfare over personal ambition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
