Job Title: Quality Control Operative

Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Quality Control Operative in the Food & Production industry! We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive starting pay of £12.40 per hour, and you'll play a crucial role in ensuring products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with customer, legislative, and company standards.
  2. Conducting finished product checks across all product brands and meticulously documenting findings, including product weights and label accuracy.
  3. Carrying out daily and weekly checks on measuring equipment, including Daily Blade Checks.
  4. Conducting daily startup inspections to ensure production readiness.
  5. Capturing traceability information accurately.
  6. Performing daily routine checks, such as temperature monitoring.
  7. Collaborating with the Production, Quality, and Technical Managers to resolve non-conformances and corrective actions.
  8. Preparing for BRC audits.

Schedule: Day shift

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in food production (desirable).
  2. The right to work in the UK.
