Business Process Analyst IV

Overview

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities

1. Applies process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects.
2. Responsible for effective transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
3. Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
4. Key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration or reengineering efforts.
5. Provides daily supervision and direction.

Qualifications

1. Active Secret Clearance
2. Bachelor’s Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline
3. Five (5) years of related experience
4. Demonstrated experience with industry standard Quality Assurance best practices for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, testing methodologies, version control systems, implementation, Root Cause analysis, and deployment activities.
5. Ability to identify and provide process improvement recommendations and oversee implementation.
6. Supervisory experience to oversee project team activities, monitor project taskings and milestones, and coordinate activities among multiple project teams.
7. Experience with Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Transparency Statement

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $78,100.00/Yr. - USD $164,300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
