Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer/ Unqualified Fee Earner

What will you do?

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
  • Advise a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
  • Advise on sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold properties, remortgages, registered and unregistered land, buy to let, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages,SDLT returns and Land Registry applications

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Unqualified conveyancers (& part qualified legal execs) should definitely get in touch
  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
