We are looking for a new Head Chef to work at our Brighton restaurant, with a strong desire to fulfill this aim.

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following requirements:

  • Set a great example for your team and maintain high standards
  • Keep your team happy; you know how to look after people both in the kitchen and in the restaurant
  • Take care of the food, including stock, quality, and safety – we want you to be proud of your work
