Job description

Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect

Location: Leeds (Remote/Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + car allowance

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join a consultancy in their Leeds office; however, a minimal amount of time is required in the office, so the position can be fairly remote with occasional travel to the office each month. Ideally, you'll be within 2 hours of Leeds.

As the successful Senior Landscape Architect, you'll have a good amount of experience working on Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), and if you have experience working on renewable energy projects, then that would be advantageous but not essential.

The Company

This company is a Planning Consultancy that is part of a larger group specializing in renewables, minerals & waste, and commercial projects across the UK. As a group, they offer a number of services across their offices such as planning, environmental, remediation, demolition, civil engineering, geotechnical, and more!

The role will require:

  1. Carry out landscape and visual impact assessment
  2. Help prepare planning applications
  3. Help prepare environmental impact assessment
  4. Work closely with internal teams
  5. Create plans
  6. Produce and present design concepts to stakeholders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Ideally chartered
  2. Must have LVIA experience
  3. Degree in Landscape Architecture
  4. Good knowledge of Landscape Planning
  5. UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits:

  1. Up to £50,000 DOE
