Position: Full-Time Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) - Long-Term Role
Salary: £150 - £190 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the UK curriculum, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
2. Differentiate teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual needs of students in your class.
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all learners.
4. Assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students, including supporting them with their individual learning needs.
6. Communicate regularly with parents and carers, keeping them informed about student progress and addressing any concerns.
7. Commit to the school's ethos and contribute to the wider school community.

What We Are Looking For:

1. UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
2. Previous teaching experience in UK schools, ideally within the Leicester (LE4) area, is required.
3. A strong understanding of the UK curriculum and how to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
4. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build a positive, supportive learning environment.
5. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
6. Strong communication and organisational skills.
7. Availability for a long-term commitment to the role.
