Hybrid/Remote - South-East

£35-£45,000 pro rata plus uncapped bonus (based on income generated) and benefits.

We are seeking a Private Client solicitor or FCILEx with experience in will drafting, LPAs, and probate to join an established legaltech business. This role is part-time (Mon-Fri half-days), with flexible hours, either hybrid working in Brighton or remote.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape this close-knit team and contribute to innovation in this fast-evolving sector. Digilegal has been a leader in online private client work since 2008, recently winning the Legacy Giving Awards and Highly Commended at the British Wills & Probate Awards. They are the only provider to receive the SRA Innovation Space Consent.

You will handle a varied caseload, take instructions, manage quality processes, create precedents, and oversee new product development. Innovation and attention to detail are essential.

A desire to undertake STEP qualifications or STEP qualification is preferred.
