Freelance Creative Director – Events & Experiential (Corporate Focus)

Location: Remote / UK-based preferred

Duration: 1–2 weeks (Immediate Start)

Contract: Freelance

We’re urgently looking for a seasoned Freelance Creative Director with deep experience in the events and experiential agency world, to help pull together a high-impact corporate event/conference concept—fast.

This short-term role (1–2 weeks) requires a confident, strategic thinker and hands-on creative who can take the lead, shape the vision, and bring it to life with clarity, energy, and polish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly develop a compelling creative direction for a corporate conference or event
  • Craft overarching event concepts, themes, and narratives that engage and inspire
  • Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, production, design) to align creative with client goals and practical deliverables
  • Provide creative leadership and direction across decks, visuals, messaging, and environmental ideas
  • Present concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director within experiential and live events agencies
  • Strong background in corporate events, conferences, and brand experiences
  • Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently at speed, under tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator and skilled at presenting to senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with global B2B brands
  • Familiarity with creative deck building tools (Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
