Remote - UK-Wide | Commission-Based | Flexible Hours

Be Part of the Solution to a National Crisis

Thousands of vulnerable individuals in the UK are stuck in unsuitable accommodation or temporary housing, waiting for stable, secure homes. The lack of affordable 1-bedroom properties is a growing crisis and Housing Associations are overwhelmed.

This is where you come in. As an Elite Housing Association Partner (EHAP), part of our EHAP Network, you will help make a real, lasting impact on this urgent problem. You will be part of a national effort to connect people in need with dignified, long-term housing.

Your Mission

As an Elite Housing Association Partner, you will:

- Own and grow relationships with Housing Associations, especially those offering 1-bed LHA

placements.

  • Secure direct lease agreements for our properties (5-7 years preferred).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your HA relationships - you own it.
  • Coordinate HA referrals of tenants into our properties.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to match HA needs to available housing stock.

Regions of Focus

We are especially interested in applicants with connections in:

  • London
  • Manchester
  • Liverpool

But you're welcome to apply from anywhere in the UK.

Compensation - Rewards Structure, Package, Stock Options and Package

We reward consistent performance and meaningful impact with significant income, initially consisting of a results-based commission package but moving quickly to a basic + commission + benefits package after a short period and that also includes pension, health care, travel and a significant stock options program.

More Than a Role - A Movement

This is your opportunity to join something much bigger. EHAP is not just a job - it's being part of our EHAP Network. A growing group of purpose-driven professionals committed to solving one of society's challenges.

  • Regular events, roundtables and strategy sessions with other EHAPs
  • A chance to collaborate, share intelligence and build powerful industry relationships
  • Access to our private EHAP community, tools, resources and real-time updates
  • Be part of a shared mission and help shape our national housing impact strategy

Who You Are

  • A connector, relationship-builder, and/or an ex-HA professional
  • You've worked with or for Housing Associations, local authorities or care providers
  • You understand how to speak the HA language and navigate their internal processes
  • You're driven, self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Housing Association or council housing officers
  • Supported living or social housing professionals
  • Business development leaders in property, care or accommodation services
  • Entrepreneurs with experience in housing referrals or procurement

What You'll Gain

  • Real earning potential with no income cap and a co-owner of the Company
  • Flexible, remote-first working arrangement
  • Full legal and property support to back your efforts
  • A chance to build with us as we grow - with the potential to earn equity in our fast-growth business
  • The satisfaction of doing work that changes lives and shapes housing outcomes for thousands
