Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of 10-12 sales professionals, including 1 Team Leader.
Cultivate a customer-first attitude within the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Manage relationships with approximately 5 key customers, focusing on retention and growth.
Engage in around 20% external communication, handling escalations and maintaining client satisfaction.
Drive sales strategy implementation and achieve targets through effective team management.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the SMB sector.
Strong leadership skills with a servant leader mentality.
Passion for nurturing early careers and fostering team growth.
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ideally, a background in IT sales, but open to candidates who meet other criteria.
