Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and lead our client's SMB Sales division. If you possess strong leadership skills, align with our company values, and thrive in a customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire a team of 10-12 sales professionals, including 1 Team Leader.
  2. Cultivate a customer-first attitude within the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  3. Manage relationships with approximately 5 key customers, focusing on retention and growth.
  4. Engage in around 20% external communication, handling escalations and maintaining client satisfaction.
  5. Drive sales strategy implementation and achieve targets through effective team management.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the SMB sector.
  2. Strong leadership skills with a servant leader mentality.
  3. Passion for nurturing early careers and fostering team growth.
  4. Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ideally, a background in IT sales, but open to candidates who meet other criteria.
