This job is Workstyle 1 - Fixed.
In this workstyle, most of your time is spent delivering front-line services. Depending on your role, there may be limited requirement to access a specific council location during the working week if you are not delivering services at a council location.
You will work 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday mornings, term time only (195 days).
In the school office, you will be responsible for inputting data into the SEEMiS database, maintaining and updating pupil records, and processing school funds, including operating the ParentPay system and reconciling the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also manage SMT diaries and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
You will undertake reception duties and serve as a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and using the Groupcall system.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
