Job Opportunity: Building Manager

My client, a leading developer, is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the practical completion, mobilisations/commissioning, and operations of a site exceeding 130,000 sq ft in Central London's West End.

The ideal candidate will have experience in setting and managing service charge budgets and overseeing health and safety on site, with IOSH or NEBOSH certification being essential.

Key focus areas include ESG, NET Zero, WELL, and BREEAM standards.

Responsibilities include managing on-site service partners and engaging daily with end users (tenants). Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial to operate the site successfully. Additionally, there will be ongoing project and tenant fit-out works over the next 18 months.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent tenant experiences and fostering a 'one team' ethos with service partners. There are also opportunities to participate in other development projects. The organization values employee development and career growth.
